Job Summary

Job Description

• Manage, guide, and facilitate Agile Sprint ceremonies viz. Daily Scrum call, Sprint planning, Product backlog grooming, Sprint review/demo and sprint retrospective meetings using Agile tools.
  Collaborate with the Product Owners to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories.
  Manage Agile scrum and project management activities for the applications.
  Create and maintain velocity, burndown charts via agile tools- JIRA, Rally, Version one for each sprint and communicate with product owner on regular basis. Help the team to maintain their scrum tools (Story board, action board, charts, backlog)
  Manage, facilitate, and participate in development code review including naming convention. Review of Test results, reporting, assignment, and tracking using technical development and testing tools
  Build scrum teams and train them on Agile methodology process.
  Product increment (PI) planning for 5 sprint backlog and assigning work and resources to scrum team using SAFe (Scaled agile framework) and tools - Mural and Miro
  Analysis of the requirements of Portal applications. Assessment of Portal foundational and integration requirements. Fulfill portal reporting needs using tool Power BI
  Guide the team and motivate to build a strong synergy within the product team to form a strong technology front for our client business.
  Work with the client team to define the project roadmap and translate them into user stories.
  Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed, coordinate day-to-day project activities using tools JIRA, confluence and share point.
  Clear any roadblocks or impediments that might hinder team’s velocity.
  Coordinate and manage Portal UX work using Invision, Adobe Illustrator and adobe photoshop.
  Manage client operations using tool Xpert dispatch and service now. 
  Work with client IT team to manage project integration with enterprise applications.
  Manage project financials using Clarity tool. 
  Identify and Evaluate Project Risks and create mitigation plan.
  Identify project variables and track them to keep the project on schedule.
  Regular brainstorming with business stakeholders to understand client’s future goals.
  Manage, guide, and Facilitate UAT planning & execution.
  Work with business users to perform early business testing and test Data loaded into target system DB2, Oracle tables according to the requirements.
  Manage and guide testing activities using Quality center tool.
  Manage and coordinate pre-implementation, implementation, and post implementation activities
