- 1.Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct workshops with customers to understand their business processes and requirements. - 2.Solution Design:
- Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions that align with client needs and leverage the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Recommend configurations, customizations, integrations, and extensions needed for the solution.
Ensure that the proposed solution adheres to best practices. - 3.Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain the proposed solution.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions. - 4.Integration:
- Design integration solutions for Dynamics 365 with other systems like ERP, websites, legacy systems, etc., using various integration patterns and tools.
