Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and assisting in defect resolution
- Participate in Agile processes and track work using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing activities
- Provide training and support to business users
- Maintain clear documentation, reports, and presentations
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or functional)
- Strong experience with CRM/ERP platforms
- Experience in UAT, QA, and defect tracking
- Proficiency in SQL, Data Loader, and MS Excel
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- IIBA Certification (or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience working with government or public sector clients
