Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and assisting in defect resolution
  • Participate in Agile processes and track work using tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing activities
  • Provide training and support to business users
  • Maintain clear documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or functional)
  • Strong experience with CRM/ERP platforms
  • Experience in UAT, QA, and defect tracking
  • Proficiency in SQL, Data Loader, and MS Excel
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • IIBA Certification (or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experience working with government or public sector clients
