About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Syteline Developer Architect with over 10 years of ERP solution experience, with a strong emphasis on Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering highly customized ERP solutions, with Oracle database expertise as a supporting skillset. This role will be instrumental in leading Syteline ERP initiatives, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Syteline ERP Leadership
  • Lead architecture, development, and customization within Infor Syteline (CSI) including IDOs, forms, Mongoose applications, extensions, workflows, and reporting.
  • Oversee upgrades, patches, and migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into tailored ERP solutions within Syteline.
• Development & Integration
  • Architect and implement integrations between Syteline and external systems (CRM, finance, HR, supply chain, eCommerce, etc.).
  • Utilize Oracle PL/SQL for supporting data layers, reporting, and legacy integrations where needed.
  • Build and maintain APIs, web services, and middleware integrations for enterprise connectivity.
• Performance & Optimization
  • Drive Syteline system performance improvements through tuning, code reviews, and adoption of best practices.
  • Conduct ERP data management, data integrity checks, and reporting optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize Oracle DB performance (indexes, queries, backups) as required.
• Leadership & Strategy
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Syteline ERP, guiding stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and consultants, promoting ERP coding and customization standards.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to define ERP roadmap, cloud adoption, and modernization strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years hands-on experience in Syteline ERP (CSI) development and architecture.
  • 3–5 years of Oracle RDBMS / PL/SQL experience (supporting, not primary).
  • Strong background in ERP solution design, manufacturing/distribution domain knowledge preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Infor Syteline ERP (Mongoose framework, IDOs, forms, workflows, reports).
  • Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling.
  • Data integration and middleware (SSIS, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent).
  • Reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud-based Syteline deployments (AWS, Azure, or Infor Cloud).
• Familiarity with financial, manufacturing, and supply chain modules.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
